About Kait
Kait is the Owner and Lead Planner & Designer for Divine Designs and Events. Kait's passion for the world of events, particularly weddings, is something that she has been devoted to for many years now! Whether it be corporate events, weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties - you name it and she executes it!
Kait prides herself on her desire to produce perfection for her clients, while keeping their stress light and their excitement heavy. She loves bringing her client's vision to life and seeing the final product be all that they imagined.
Being a hopeless romantic, Kait's true passion lies with Weddings, but she does share a love for all events & the unique characteristics that come with each. Kait loves interacting with her clients and couple's to learn their story, envision their goal of the celebration, and bring that dream to life in the best way possible. Her devotion to events is unparalleled and she loves the challenge of creating new aspects that fit each of her clients individually.
Kait's Background
Kait knew early on that being a Wedding Planner & Event Designer was her dream profession and she's worked for many companies based both in Pittsburgh and New York City that have helped her to reach that goal.
From her college career at Point Park University, where she was both the Special Events Coordinator and the Executive Director of the Campus Activities Board, to her multiple internships with local wedding planners in the Pittsburgh Area - Kait furthered her love for events in any way possible.
So much so, that she decided to move to New York City after her college graduation and pursue a career as an Event Coordinator with one of the top Event Production companies in the country, David Stark Design and Production.
Whether it be preparing for an intimate pregnancy announcement (featured in this picture) or a large, upscale wedding - you can always find Kait working on some new project in the field.
This industry is her passion & it's safe to say, she can't wait to dive in even further to produce your next event!

Outside of Events
When she's not knee-deep in timelines, designs, and vendor lists, Kait spends her time working out or playing sports. She was on the basketball team in college & is always on the look-out for a pick-up game to partake in when she can. It only felt right to include a quick snap shot from the glory days of basketball!
Kait also lives to travel and experience new foods & places every chance she gets! Her dream vacation is to spend a few weeks in Italy taking in the sights of the city, but for now, she never turns down the opportunity to try a new local restaurant or sweet spot in Pittsburgh or New York.
As a planner by nature, she also loves to be spontaneous when she can, even if it's a day trip to check out a new museum or visit a new place around her hometowns.
