  • Design Inspiration for Guest Favors Provided (if desired)

Event Budget

  • Initiation & Organization of a Detailed Event Budget​​

    • Includes, But Not Limited To: Allocating Each Factor of an Existing Event Budget to the Respective Vendors or Services; and Developing an Event Budget from the Beginning Based on Guest Count, Venue, Type of Event, Etc

Venue & Vendor Research

  • Research on Potential Venues and Prospective Vendors that Fit the Aesthetic of the Client, Event Guest Count, & Overall Budget for the Event 

  • Creation of a Compiled List of All Available Venues and Vendors for Client to Review

    • List to Include: Pricing, Detailed Availability, Booking Deadlines, Cancellation Policies, Restrictions, Etc​​

  • Manage the Review of Individual Venue or Vendor Contract Prior to Client Sign-Off

  • *Vendor or Venue Research Can Be Purchased Separately or Bundled in a Package Deal*

Catering Assistance

  • Attend the Catering Tasting for the Event & Provide Thorough Feedback (if desired)

  • Provide Recommendations on Food & Beverage Orders, as needed

    • Includes, But Not Limited To: Amount of Food or Alcohol to be Purchased, Recommendations on Individual Selections, Etc​

  • Creation of an Initial Seating Chart for Client Review

  • Manage the Updates Consistently on the Seating Chart as Guests RSVP & Report Back to Client on a Weekly Basis

  • Updates to be Made on a Consistent Basis per Guest Response Arrival & Weekly Reports to be given to Client (if desired)
