  • Creation & Execution of a Design Scheme

    • Includes Assistance  in Determining a Color Scheme, Theme, Styling Selections, & Detailed Design Aspects

    • Also Includes the Creation of a Design Mood Board & Multiple Rounds of Revisions

  • Manage All Vendor Research, Communication, & Confirmations from Initiation to Execution

    • Recommended Vendor List Provided Based on Budget, Aesthetic, ​& Services

  • Manage Venue Research, Communication, & Confirmation from Initiation to Execution

    • Venue List Provided Based on Budget, Aesthetic, Guest Count, & Availability

  • Full Vendor Management Coordinate with all Contracted Wedding Vendors

    • Confirm Vendor Arrival Times

    • Confirm Staff Meal Counts

    • Gather Insurance Information

    • Confirm Services Booked Per Vendor & Other Pertinent Information

    • Attend All Vendor Meetings - Remote or Face-To-Face

  • Attend & Lead a Venue Walk-Through​​

  • Assist in the Design & Purchase of all Printed Materials

    • Includes ​Save-The-Dates, Invitations, Menus, & Programs

  • Assist in the Design & Purchase of All Directional Materials

    • Includes: Escort Cards, Place Cards, Table Numbers, Directional Signage, Etc​

  • Assist in the Design & Purchase of Guest Favors

  • Organize & Track All Guest RSVPs

  • Creation & Maintenance of a Seating Chart Template 

  • Research, Negotiate, & Manage Contracts for Hotel Accommodations & Room Blocks

  • Facilitate the Rehearsal Ceremony/Event, if desired

  • Final Task List Distributed (3) Months Prior to the Wedding

  • Assistance with the Completion of all Wedding Tasks

Wedding Day - Pre-Ceremony

  • Act as the Point of Contact on the Day of the Wedding

  • Ensure that the Cocktail & Reception Spaces are Cleaned Properly & Fully Set Prior to Guest Arrival

  • Facilitate Hair & Make-Up Stylist, Photographer, & Transportation Arrivals for the Bridal Party

  • Deliver Breakfast and/or Coffee to the Bridal Party

  • Distribute Bouquets & Pin Corsages to the Bridal Party & Other Relevant Individuals

  • Retrieve Any Miscellaneous Wedding Items

Wedding Day - Ceremony

  • Manage the Preparation & Installation of all Styled Ceremony Elements

    • Including, But Not Limited To: Placement of an Aisle Runner, Placement of Ceremony Flowers, Placement of all Ceremony Decor, Etc.

  • Manage & Lead the Ceremony

  • Cue the Start of Ceremony Music & Orchestrate the Bridal Party Procession Down the Aisle

  • Direct Ushers & Attendants with Seating Instructions & Program Distribution

  • Assist in gathering desired guests for photographs at this location

  • Coordinate the Receiving Line

  • Remove Any Décor from this Space

Wedding Day - Cocktail Hour

  • Manage the Flip of the Ceremony Space into the Reception Space (If Applicable)

  • Manage the Preparation & Installation of all Styled Cocktail Hour Elements

    • Including, But Not Limited To: Placement of Escort Card Display, Decor for Food Stations & Bars in the Space, Etc.

  • Ensure the Photographer Captures Detailed Shots of the Reception Space Prior to Guest Entry

  • Assist with Bridal party and Family for Photographs

  • Arrange for the Band and/or DJ to be Served a Meal Prior to Guest Entry in the Reception

  • Deliver Hors D'oeuvres & Cocktails to the Bridal Party During the Photography Session

Wedding Day - Reception

  • Manage the Preparation & Installation of all Styled Reception Elements

    • Including, But Not Limited To: Placement of Escort Cards, Place Cards, Favors, Table Numbers, Centerpieces & Remaining DIY Elements; and Decoration of the Guest Book Table, Card & Gift Table, Cookie Table, Photo Booth Prop Table, & Any Other Tables in the Space

  • Manage All DIY Projects Designed for the Space

  • Line Up Bridal Party & Cue Their Grand Entrance

  • Prepare in Advance with the DJ, Band, or MC to Coordinate Speeches & Special Dances

  • Coordinate the Bouquet & Garter Toss, the Money Dance, the Anniversary Dance, a Group Picture, & Any Other Pertinent Experiences

  • Ensure that the Flow of the Reception is Tracking on Time

  • Orchestrate the Grand Exit for the Bride and Groom (If Desired)

Wedding Day - Post Event

  • Oversee the Breakdown of the Event in Accordance with the Venue

  • Prepare all of the Bride & Groom's Personal Items Onsite & Distribute to a Designated Individual

  • Prepare All Remaining Food, Alcohol, Desserts, & Décor to be Distributed to a Designated Individual or Returned to an Alternate Location

  • Retrieve Wedding Gifts & Cards & Distribute to a Designated Individual

  • Distribute Final Payments & Gratuities to Vendors
